Happy Hounds is run by Lexi and Evan, we are a dog loving sister and brother team who started Happy Hounds because we adore all dogs big and small. We love caring for dogs and always provide a safe, happy and fun environment.
Our mission is to create happy faces for both you and your dog! We understand that every dog has individual needs and as a dog owner, you only want the best for your fur-baby. We are dog owners ourselves and give each dog the care and attention they need and want with plenty of cuddles and rewards for good behaviour. We enjoy visiting dog friendly parks, cafe's and beaches when going on walks and adventures we always make sure our dog's get the most out of their walks and runs with us. It is important that dogs get enough exercise and socialisation on a daily basis and these adventures are a great way for dogs to get the mental and physical stimulation they need daily.
We also provide hangouts and sleepovers, where we open up our home for dogs who need a place to chill during the day or stay overnight. This is great for when you go on holidays or just need a helping hand.
- We provide drinking water, treats, toys and poop bags to clean up any mess!
- We are fully insured and have two vehicles for pick up/drop off.
- We do our best to work around your schedule.
- First aid trained.
- We only like to take groups of 4 to 5 dogs so we can keep an eye on them all.

"Happy Hounds is Alfie's most favourite place in the world. Even 500m away from arriving at Lexi's home Alfie has already started his happy dance in anticipation of hours of fun and games! In all seriousness, Lexi is super attentive and communicates regularly. It's so handy to drop Alfie off on a regular basis and he always comes home content and ready to pass out. But she's also there at a drop of a hat to help out in those last minute emergencies. Alfie has a bad leg and Lexi is really good at making sure he doesn't run riot and make it worse but she's also great at giving him his medication. All in all...I'd highly recommend Happy Hounds, they're a reliable service with bags of love! They look after their doggy visitors as their own! Thanks guys!!."
